The long-awaited 2027 Kia Telluride Hybrid has received the green light for production, with the model to be rolling out of its factory in West Point, Georgia, in the upcoming period. The model is extraordinarily well-built, keeps massive proportions as the previous one; however, its hybrid drivetrain is more powerful.

Even at the entry level, equipment is not sparse. The EX includes LED lighting units, acoustic front glass, 18-inch alloy wheels, roof rails, a sunroof, and “light metal” accents.
Inside the cabin, there is a 12.-3inch digital instrument cluster working in tandem with a 12.3-inch infotainment system. Among the top features we should mention are heated and ventilated front seats in standard SynTex upholstery, along with a dual wireless smartphone charger, an auto-dimming mirror, tri-zone climate control, or 115V outlet in the cargo area.
Regarding safety features as standard, the EX also includes Smart Cruise Control with Stop and Go, Highway Driving Assist 1.5, High Beam Assist, Blind Spot Collision Warning, Forward Collision Avoidance with Pedestrians, and Intelligent Speed Limit Assist.
Then there is the SX that comes preceded by the SX, which, at the right price, comes with LED fog lights and 20-inch alloy wheels on the exterior, with the interior features including a dual sunroof, satin chrome accents, and a new digital instrument cluster.
There’s also 74-color ambient lighting, stainless steel pedals and scuff plates, HomeLink, and a 10-way power-adjustable driver’s seat with memory. Additional systems such as Blind-Spot View Monitor, Surround View Monitor, Parking Collision Avoidance-Reverse, Highway Driving Assist 2.0, and expanded Forward Collision Avoidance functions are introduced.
The X-Line SX, which is AWD only at 54,490, changes the exterior to bridge-style roof rails, 21-inch wheels, a heated steering wheel, and gloss black and matte black decorations.
The SX Prestige also includes a 20-inch alloy wheel; interior details are refined with satin chrome, low-profile roof rails, rain-sensing wipers, SynTex suede material used on the seats and headliner, a digital rearview mirror, a head-up display, second-row heated and ventilated seats, and digital key technology.
Under the hood, the 2027 Kia Telluride in all its forms is powered by a 2.5-liter flat-four cylinder turbocharged engine paired with a 1.65 kWh lithium-ion battery that sends the power to two electric motors. The overall power of the hybrid system stands at 329 horsepower and 459 Nm of torque. The power is sent to all wheels via a six-speed automatic transmission.
